Basic checks for cross-border access

  • Speed and peak hours: compare under consistent conditions first

When looking for a reliable VPN, record “slow page loading” and “stuttering during sustained transfers” separately. Peak-hour performance can be affected by your local network, wireless signal, route path, and the destination website. A single speed test does not represent everyday use. Keep the device and target page consistent, pause background downloads, then compare routes. If performance changes significantly after switching local networks, check the access environment first. VPNNE offers routes in multiple regions, but results still need to be verified during your actual usage hours. See the troubleshooting guide for diagnostic steps.

  • Military-grade encryption and account protection

VPNNE uses military-grade encryption. In everyday use, treat your account and subscription details as protected access credentials: use a unique password, retrieve subscriptions from the user panel, and hide complete links and login details before sharing troubleshooting screenshots. Encrypted connections do not replace account verification on the destination website. If your browser reports a certificate error, first check the time, domain, and network settings. No email is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Keep your login details secure and avoid leaving usable sessions on public devices.

  • Multi-device access, with configuration verified separately

Unlimited devices can be online at once. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Devices can share an account, but import steps and background behavior vary by platform. Complete and verify the subscription import on your main device first, then configure other devices one at a time. If a computer works while a mobile device disconnects, check client permissions, battery-saving settings, and background activity before assuming an account restriction. Client access and subscription details are available in the user panel; follow the guide for the exact steps.

Each device needs its own configuration. Supported platforms may be the same, but system permissions and background settings still need to be checked separately.
Destination websites and subscription assurance

Start with the use case when choosing a route

  • AI Tools: verify web access and API access separately

When using ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools, opening the page is only the first connection check. Also verify sign-in, prompt submission, and whether long responses complete. Developers calling an API should separately check proxy settings, timeouts, and retry behavior in the runtime environment; browser access does not mean terminal requests use the same path. Start with a route that matches the service’s regional rules, keep the environment consistent, and record where the request fails. Account eligibility, service regions, and egress requirements are set by the platform. Dedicated egress availability must be checked separately.

  • Streaming: judge by whether the target content plays

When choosing a route for Netflix, Disney+, or YouTube, first confirm the content you want to watch and the region tied to the account. Then check whether playback starts, quality holds, and playback recovers after scrubbing. The same region label does not guarantee identical libraries or availability; platform rules and licensing can change. Rather than comparing speed-test results alone, open the same content during your usual hours and compare. VPNNE route coverage is not a promise of continued access to every library. Verify your actual target before choosing.

  • 30-day refund: review the request process first

VPNNE offers a 30-day refund. Before choosing, review the refund policy. If the service does not fit your needs, contact support through the ticket entry in the user panel. Describe network faults and billing issues separately: for the former, include the device platform, time, target app, and checks already tried; for the latter, include the relevant order details. Troubleshooting helps identify the cause and is not an additional refund requirement. Monthly plans and data packs are consumed differently, so confirm the plan type before payment.

AI Tools

Verify sign-in, requests, and responses separately; web access does not mean the API is configured successfully.

Streaming

Record the target content, region, and playback behavior; a region label is not proof that content will play.

Connection path overview. Actual results depend on the target service’s rules and your current network environment.
Route details

Popular regions and route selection

VPNNE covers 100+ countries / 160+ routes. Narrow the options based on the destination website’s regional requirements, then compare access results on the same device and network. Proximity can be an initial filter, but it cannot replace a real connection test. Cross-border paths can also change, producing different results at different times.

Below is a checklist for popular regions, not a verified list of playable content. Refer to the user panel for specific cities, route types, and available entry points. Keep unconfirmed details marked for review rather than choosing based on names alone. If one app fails while other sites work, check per-app proxy settings and the platform’s message before switching regions.

Route status reference

The component below shows reference information for routes and does not represent the current device’s speed-test results. Choose based on whether the target website supports the actual operation you need; do not treat latency or bandwidth readings alone as a guarantee for streaming, meetings, or API calls.

Two subscription options

Monthly plan and data pack

Start with usage frequency, then consider data needs. If you access international websites throughout the month, begin by comparing monthly plans. If usage is irregular and you want to save data for later, consider a data pack. The difference is billing and data consumption, not a guaranteed speed tier. A larger allowance will not solve every connection issue.

If you are unsure about your usage, separate tasks such as document browsing, AI web interactions, video playback, and file transfers, then review consumption in the user panel. Do not equate device count with data needs: unlimited devices can be online at once, but the tasks running on each device still affect actual consumption.

Monthly plan

Monthly plan 60GB

¥9.9/month

Data resets monthly from the activation date

A practical starting point for estimating usage through research, web communication, and other everyday tasks. If you often stream video or transfer files, check your remaining data regularly instead of estimating by online time alone.

Monthly plan

Monthly plan 250GB

¥18/month

Data resets monthly from the activation date

A comparison option for frequent access and varied tasks. Whether the allowance is sufficient depends on real consumption, especially background syncing and autoplay.

Monthly plan 500GB

¥28/month

Data resets monthly from the activation date

For users who have confirmed they need a larger monthly allowance. It has a lower cost per GB among monthly plans, but that does not make it the best fit for everyone; choose based on actual needs.

Data pack

Valid until used; never expires

¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB

Data packs do not reset monthly and suit infrequent or irregular usage. “Never expires” describes the pack’s validity, not unlimited data; once the allowance is used, choose again based on your needs. Check the panel or confirm by ticket how monthly plans and data packs coexist and which balance is consumed first.

Billing and access

Confirm before payment, then import after activation

Monthly-plan data resets each month from the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades convert the price difference into remaining days. When upgrading, check the remaining term and order details shown in the panel; do not interpret the difference as extra data. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. After paying, confirm the order and plan status, then retrieve the subscription and import it into the client.

For first-time setup, follow the user guide. If the order is complete but the client still shows old details, confirm the plan in the panel first, then refresh the client subscription. This avoids mistaking a sync issue for a payment failure.

Common questions before use

Account, connections, and billing

The sections below distinguish confirmed service rules from issues that must be verified on your device. For questions about a specific order, app error, or subscription update, keep the relevant details and submit a ticket through the user panel. Do not publicly share complete subscription links, passwords, or other access credentials.

Do I need an email address to get started?

No email is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your username safe and set a unique account password. In the user panel, you can view plans, orders, subscriptions, and client access. The “Start Free” button on the homepage opens the account entry; plan prices and data rules are shown on the pricing page and in the panel.

Creating an account does not complete device access. After choosing a plan and confirming activation, retrieve the subscription, import it into the client, and verify the target website. See the user guide for the complete steps.

When does data reset for monthly plans and data packs?

Monthly-plan data resets each month from the activation date. Data packs remain valid until used and never expire; they do not follow the monthly reset cycle. Before choosing, decide whether you need continuous monthly use or occasional consumption rather than comparing payment amounts alone.

For a mid-cycle monthly-plan upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. If you have questions about coexisting plans, consumption order, or order displays, confirm through a ticket before making changes. Do not calculate the result yourself from figures belonging to different plan types.

Can computers and mobile devices connect at the same time?

Yes. Unlimited devices can be online at once. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported, and each device must be configured in the client with valid subscription details.

If only one device disconnects, compare it with a working device first, including system permissions, proxy mode, subscription refresh time, and background activity. Shared access does not mean settings sync automatically. If a device-count message appears, save its wording and ask support to verify it rather than assuming an undisclosed device limit.

Why can’t a website open or stream smoothly after connecting?

A connected status only means one step in the connection process is complete; it does not replace verification on the target website. Confirm that the local network works, then check the subscription status, selected route, and proxy rules. If only one website is affected, record its error message and confirm its account and regional requirements.

For video stuttering, also check background transfers and the local wireless environment. Keep the device, network, and target content fixed while switching routes so you can separate the causes more clearly. See troubleshooting for detailed checks covering connections, DNS, background disconnects, and update failures. Do not change every setting at once.

How can I learn about refunds and submit an issue if the service does not fit my needs?

VPNNE offers a 30-day refund; see the refund policy for details. To handle an order or submit a request, open tickets in the user panel and describe the relevant order and request.

If you also want help troubleshooting the connection, include the device platform, target app, time of occurrence, selected region, and checks already performed. Hide sensitive details in screenshots. A clear description of the actual behavior is more useful than simply writing “it doesn’t work”; troubleshooting materials are not additional refund conditions.

Guides to choosing and using a VPN

How to use a subscription and choose routes

Selection guides explain how to evaluate options, not unverified rankings. Developers can start with the difference between web access and APIs, Android users can focus on background connectivity, and streaming users should examine regional libraries and actual playback. Apply the checklist to your own device and target service, then adjust based on what you observe; this is more effective than switching repeatedly without recording results.
