Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how VPNNE handles relevant information when providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services. By using the website or user panel, or submitting a service request, users confirm that they have read this policy. VPNNE processes data only as needed to provide services, process orders, protect account security, and improve the website.
Information Covered
No email address is required to register: a username and password are sufficient. VPNNE therefore does not require or collect an email address as part of registration. Account data mainly includes the username chosen by the user, encrypted authentication credentials, subscription status, traffic usage, and necessary records related to account activity.
Order records may include the selected plan or traffic package, order amount, payment method, order status, creation and completion times, and information needed for refunds or dispute handling. Website analytics may include pages visited, visit times, referring pages, browser type, operating system, device category, and network information used for security checks. This information is mainly used to identify page failures, detect unusual requests, and understand feature usage.
How Information Is Used
Account and order data are used to verify identity, deliver subscriptions, calculate traffic usage, display order status, process payment results, provide ticket support, and carry out account actions initiated by the user. Access analytics are used to maintain website stability, troubleshoot page errors, assess content clarity, and prevent unusual behavior that could affect normal service operation.
VPNNE does not change the data-processing boundaries described in this policy based on whether a user chooses Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux. Different clients may save local configuration according to their respective system permissions. Users should also review the permission information shown by the system and client they use.
No-Logs Policy
VPNNE follows a clear no-logs approach: it does not record which websites users visit or retain webpage content, search content, communication content, or destination records that could be used to reconstruct specific browsing activity. The service does not retain connection logs to build user behavior profiles, nor does it use cross-border access activity for targeted advertising.
To troubleshoot connection issues, manage capacity, and handle unusual requests, the system may generate limited temporary technical information during operation, such as error types, service component status, and aggregated traffic data. This information is not used to identify specific access content and is retained only for as long as needed for troubleshooting, security handling, or operational maintenance, after which it is deleted or de-identified. When users submit a ticket, the diagnostic information provided in that ticket is processed together with the request.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. This data is used to maintain login status, restore user choices, and reduce repeated actions. It is not used to record the specific websites users access through international routes.
Users can clear this data through their browser settings. After it is cleared, login status, language selection, or some interface preferences may need to be configured again. If a browser restricts necessary storage, account login, order display, or some user panel functions may not remain available normally.
Payment Processing
VPNNE supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment processing may be handled by the relevant third-party payment providers, and information submitted on their payment pages is governed by each provider's own rules. VPNNE generally receives the payment result, amount, channel identifier, and reconciliation information needed to complete an order. VPNNE does not directly control data collection on third-party payment pages.
Order records are linked to accounts to confirm subscription status, handle payment issues, and respond to refund requests. Except where necessary to complete a transaction, meet compliance obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent unusual transactions, VPNNE does not expand its use of payment-related information.
Retention, Deletion, and Updates
Account data is retained while the account remains active. Order and payment results are retained for the periods needed for transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Access analytics are kept only as long as needed for website maintenance, security analysis, and troubleshooting. Once the purpose for processing has been met, relevant data is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. Content that cannot be deleted temporarily because of unsettled orders, refund processing, security incidents, or necessary recordkeeping obligations will have its use restricted and will be handled further after the relevant matter ends.
Users may sign in to the site's main user panel and use the ticket function to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with their account. Requests should include enough information to verify account ownership, but tickets should not contain sensitive content unrelated to the request. Deleting an account may make existing subscriptions, historical order records, and support records unavailable.
This policy may be updated as service processes, website features, or applicable rules change. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be adjusted accordingly. Important changes to the scope of data processing will be explained in an appropriate location on the website or user panel. Users may review the relevant content again before continuing to use the service.
