These Terms apply when you visit the VPNNE website, create an account, purchase a subscription, or use related international routes and network acceleration features. Please read and understand the following rules before using the service. By continuing to create an account, purchase a plan, or use the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the relevant services.
Service Coverage
VPNNE provides subscription services for international network access and access to websites outside mainland China. The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with coverage across 100+ countries and 160+ routes. Available regions, route status, client compatibility, and access to specific websites may vary with network conditions, device settings, and third-party service rules. The information shown in the user panel at the time of use and actual test results control.
The service offers monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Plan features, fees, and available options are governed by the current information on the pricing page and in the user panel. Before purchasing, choose the option that fits your expected data usage, service period, and target regions.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all subscription management, plan purchases, route usage, and support-ticket actions carried out through your account. If your credentials may have been exposed or an action was not performed by you, change your password promptly and submit a support request through the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, and you may use the same subscription on compatible devices under your control. This does not permit public account sharing, distribution of subscription details to unspecified parties, or provision to others through resale, rental, or split purchases. Without permission, you may not copy, transfer, or commercially distribute the account, subscription credentials, or service access.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your location and to the context in which you use the service, and independently determine whether your network activities are lawful. You may not use the service to commit fraud, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious software, disrupt network systems, access data without authorization, or engage in any other unlawful activity.
You are responsible for content accessed, uploaded, downloaded, or transmitted through the service. VPNNE is not involved in transactions, content licenses, or account management between you and third-party websites, and makes no commitment regarding third-party terms, content accuracy, or continued availability. When using third-party websites, you must also follow their own rules.
Service Availability and Liability
International connections are affected by local network quality, route maintenance, device performance, client configuration, destination-site policies, and other external factors. Connection speeds, available regions, and connection stability may therefore vary. VPNNE maintains the service according to operational conditions but does not guarantee that every route will produce the same results on every device, in every location, or at every time.
If an interruption or difference in service results from device failure, incorrect configuration, changes by a third-party platform, public network issues, or other factors beyond reasonable control, VPNNE will handle the matter to the extent permitted by applicable rules. You should keep necessary records and, when an issue occurs, note the time, device, client, selected region, and error message to help identify the cause. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Restrictions and Termination
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, interfere with route operations, infringe third-party rights, engage in unlawful activity, or otherwise seriously violate these Terms, VPNNE may restrict access, suspend service, or terminate the account, depending on the nature of the issue. Where necessary, VPNNE may require you to stop the relevant conduct and cooperate with verification.
You may stop using the service and decide whether to purchase further subscriptions. After an account is restricted or terminated, orders already placed, data usage records, and dispute handling remain subject to the rules applicable at the time of purchase. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy; a full refund without cause may be requested within 30 days of the first payment.
Changes to These Terms and Other Agreements
VPNNE may update these Terms in response to service changes, compliance requirements, or changes in operating practices. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly. Once an update takes effect, continued use of the service means you accept the revised rules. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the service.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the specific rules shown on the purchase page together form the service agreement between you and VPNNE. If another page provides more specific terms for a particular matter, those matter-specific rules take priority; these Terms continue to apply to anything not otherwise addressed.
